1. Turf Mowing / Trimming:
All turf areas will be mowed approximately times during a yearly time period. If it rains heavily or we experience extended dry periods, we may mow more or less than usual. With each mowing, we will trim around all buildings, and other obstacles within the area. All debris will be removed from the grass areas prior to mowing. Excess grass clippings will be raked or bagged as needed to maintain a neat appearance to the front yard.
2. Pruning:
All ornamental shrubs, bushes, etc will be pruned times during the mowing season and all pruning debris will be cleaned to ensure a professionally maintained appearance.
3. Fertilizing:
This will be done times during a 365 day period every 30-40 days. Applications will include weed suppressant.
4. Weed Control:
We will maintain all flowerbeds, ornamental mulch beds and tree rings to make sure they are weed free. This may be done by hand or by using herbicide
s.
5. Aerate & Re-seed:
This will be done in the Fall to help ensure maximum air to soil flow. Aerating will be done by core spikes. This ensures more seed to soil contact.
6. Pest control:
This will be done accordingly to ensure that fire ants, June beetles and Wasps are kept to a minimum. This will also include fungicide applications to control rust and mold on plants.
7. Fall Leaf Clean-Up:
This will be done every week to every other week from October through December. All walk, drive, beds, and lawn areas will be kept clean on a weekly basis. This also includes spring cleanup. All leaves, dead plant material, and miscellaneous debris will be collected and removed from the entire property as part of the spring clean-up.
8. Irrigation Maintenance:
Maintenance is winterizing in the late fall to ensure proper storage during winter. We will re-start system in the early spring after the last frost.
9. Mulching:
Mulch will be shredded pine bark for all beds and cypress for walking areas in back plant garden. Cost includes labor of installation. We recommend mulching either in the Fall or early Spring.
10. Flowers:
Flowers will be changed out every six months. In the late spring we will install a mix of zinnia, begonias, geraniums, impatiens, marigolds, petunias, and salvia. In the mid-fall, we will install pansies with tulips (which will grow in the spring) to ensure year-round color displays. To provide maximum results, all flowers will be planted in organic soil conditioner which will supply vital nutrients for quick establishment.
